Would you like to cut down on your household waste and try composting?

St Michael's councillors are funding local social enterprise Compost Works to build and manage a third community compost in the ward, to give more local residents an opportunity to compost their food waste.

The proposed location for the compost is at Christ Church.

The community compost scheme is free to join to ward residents, and you will get a kitchen caddy for transporting your food waste into the compost.
