At Christ Church we are committed to doing all we can to help refugees and asylum seekers.
Our contact person for this work is Tina Griffiths.
Tina is an ESOL Lecturer and teacher trainer at the City of Liverpool College, where she has worked for the past 17 years, her students being predominantly refugees and asylum seekers. Previously Tina worked for the Refugee Council for 7 years as an ESOL teacher, teacher trainer, manager and project manager. Tina also was National Co-ordinator for the Kosova Project (a partnership between the Refugee Council, the Medical Foundation and World University Service).
Tina is available to support newly arrived refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants with orientation, educational advice, support and advocacy.
